In this shop you can pay with: Dankort, Visa / Dankort, Visa Electron, Mastercard and Maestro
Terms of payment:
All amounts are in Danish kroner and include VAT.
The amount is raised on your card when the item is shipped. Transaction fee of 1.99% is added to all orders. That is the amount we pay on to the payment service provider.
Responsibility:
In order to shop at Danmarks Filatelist Forbund (DFF) you must agree with the terms and conditions that apply to trading with us. DFF is not responsible for any delays in the postal service. DFF is subject to the laws and regulations on product liability applicable at any time in Denmark and the EU.
Reservation:
Reservations Are made for price changes and printing errors and for any Sold out goods. The Price of Swedish stamps is shown on the page. Price changes will be regulated, but it will always appear at the time of ordering

Delivery and Shipping:
ALL items are shipped at the cheapest price at Postnord as financial letter or package. As far as possible, postage stamps are stamped and the stamp is sought to stamp out Philelan.
Right of Withdrawal/Return:
You have 14 days of right of withdrawal on the goods you have purchased from DFF. The item must reach us within another 14 days.
We will refund freight charges. When returning a product, it must be unused and in its original packaging and accompanied by a copy of the invoice.
Warranty/complaint:
Article 83 of the Law on Purchases provides for a warranty for 24 months on all goods. The Warranty means that you as a customer can complain about defects and defects in the product that occurred 24 months after purchase. However, It is a prerequisite that these deficiencies have not arisen as a result of your improper use of the product or any other harmful conduct that caused the defect. You must advertise in reasonable time after you have ascertained the defect. If you Advertise within 2 months, the complaint is always considered to be timely.
If an additional guarantee is given by the supplier, it will enter into force.

Security:
When you pay by credit card, you are always protected against misuse. You have the option to reject a payment when you receive your payment history. You have no excess risk in case your card is abused in an internet store using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) in its payment system. Thus, you are better secured than in the physical world, where you have a deductible of DKK 1,200, when your Dankort is misused by using the pin code. Data you send in connection with purchases paid by credit card is encrypted (SSL) and thus only PBS can read them. Neither DFF Nor anyone else has the ability to read your credit card data.
